Mary Treacy O’Keefe, MA, is a nationally recognized speaker, spiritual director, former radio show host, and award-winning author known for her work in integrative healing and spiritual growth. She is the co-founder of Well Within, a nonprofit holistic wellness center in Minnesota that has served more than 30,000 individuals by providing support for mind, body, and spirit during health crises and life transitions.
A breast cancer survivor herself, Mary’s personal journey inspired her passion for helping others navigate difficult seasons with hope and resilience. She holds a Master’s degree in Theology/Spirituality and is a certified spiritual director and a trained facilitator in mind-body medicine and wellness education.
