If it weren't for the heroes that discover their innate sense of well-being during this process then there would be no need or passion behind my calling. Deep down in every one of us is the ability for positive change. This happens when we start to transform our outsides to match our insides to reflect to the world our true self. I remember meeting you nearly a year ago and being so excited by your approach to fitness that I bought all your books and knew you were the right personal trainer for me.
I sat with those books for nearly 9 months and eventually they made their way from my coffee table to the book shelf. I never reached out and made the call to you, until I saw a photo of myself with my children that impacted me deeply. I was so disappointed with myself that I had let myself go. The hardest thing was admitting this to myself and realizing a journey back to health and fitness was going to be hard and long.
I remember how I felt after my first session with you. You took all the excuses out of "my story" as to why I couldn't fit wellness into my busy stay-at-home mom career. You respected my feelings, put them at ease, and showed me a program that I could do at my own pace that allowed for interruptions. My body and my soul came alive again.
In two months and only 5 sessions with you I lost 10 noticeable inches. The biggest difference was not on the outside. Wendie you touched my life in a way that through your spirit and true commitment to me, I feel whole and complete.

Finally, a realistic approach to exercise! You DO NOT have to feel pressured into fitting time into your busy schedule—because you can do these exercises throughout your entire day.
I am in sales and marketing, visiting with people all day long! It is nice to be able to work out at home, or the office, in my car or while cooking dinner. I don't have to worry about going to the gym and making small talk or looking like I know what I'm doing on all the machines. These exercises are so well laid out, easy to follow and actually fun to do—I really wish all women would give them a 4 week try.
I'll be honest, I am tall and of slender build. My "bad" spot is my thighs. By doing isometrics a little bit each day, I have toned my arms, abs, and yes even the tree trunks :) !!! I'd give you my number to call, and I'd go on and on, but I don't think that's a wise Internet idea. If you're at all in question, Wendie is so up beat and easy to talk to—and I know she'd be thrilled to tell you more.
