Our mindset either makes us or breaks us.
So, I’ve got to ask – how are your thoughts these days?
How are your thoughts about yourself? And what about your health? I mean, do you like yourself and like what you see in the mirror or do you tend to only see flaws?

A blaming mindset can break you and not in a good way.
When you blame other people or circumstances for not being able to make healthy food choices or not having the time to get in your exercise, then you only set yourself up to remain stuck and continue down the road you’re on.
