Kale Mix
- 3/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- bunch of fresh kale
Saute onions in coconut oil until golden brown, add shredded kale leaves and cranberries into the skillet. Stir fry until kale turns a bright shade of green.
