Other natural recommendations are to get the proper amount of Omega-3 fatty acids as they may help reduce the stickiness of blood platelets and increase the elasticity in the blood vessel walls. Try meditation for ten minutes a day or get a ten minute relaxing back massage two or three times a week. Maybe a spouse or friend would be willing to assist and then you could return the favor!
