It’s next to impossible to hit a moving target, and it seems like these days I’m all over the map. Early morning personal training sessions, appointment-filled days, late night filming of a nationally televised wellness program, incredible son (and all of his activities), extensive developmental reading, prayer and meditation, daily exercise, 5-6 consciously chosen meals, hundreds of emails and phone calls—and there you have it, a very typical day for me. But, I do fit it all into a passionately and meaningfully lived daily life!

Without some sort of strategy to balance mind, body and spirit I know that I would have no chance of getting anything done. The truly wonderful thing is that the strategies I teach are precisely what I do daily to manage my own life. I encourage you to intertwine your personal and business activities on one calendar as they really must mesh together for a life of balance.
