What do you value about yourself? E-mail

What do you value about yourself? Yes, I know it's a loaded question.  This question was asked at a women’s event that I attended and we had to get up and discuss for two minutes what we valued about ourselves.  Two minutes can seem like an eternity when all eyes are on you and you have to talk about yourself from the depth of your soul.  After we took our turn the others would evaluate the authentic qualities that each individual expressed.  Talk about vulnerability.  It was rewarding knowing that the passion I have for others exuded in a two minute presentation.

I had the privilege of evaluating two women that just radiated with power, passion and positive body language as they answered the question.  Something that wasn't as apparent until they were encouraged to speak from the heart.

I would like to encourage you to do this with a spouse, friend, or colleague to hear feedback of where your heart shines when you speak on the value that you have for yourself.  I believe that if you could shift your programming daily and focus on the positive attributes rather than the negative then you’ll set the tone for the day ahead.

Oh, Wendie, this is a gem of a question. This is one I need to seriously do for myself.
