Normal Weight, but FlabbyPublished in Untagged by wendie | Comment (0)
Not everyone I work with is looking to release unwanted weight, some are just trying to firm up what they have so that their jiggles and dimples become minimal. What these people are is over-fat. Most of them have been sliding through life thanks to "good genes" and one day they woke up wondering why they feel so squishy but they aren't overweight. My Visibly Fit program is sure to offer the resistance needed to sculpt this body type into a masterpiece. A difference in posture, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and just overall aesthetics is sure to be the result if practiced on a regular basis.

CoQ10Published in Untagged by wendie | Comment (0)
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10 for short) has been proven to lower blood pressure. Our bodies make our own CoQ10 but as we age the supply dwindles away dramatically. High blood pressure depletes the CoQ10 that is stored and makes the heart weak. I recently turned a client on to the CoQ10 from a company that I trust -Bee Alive. She saw a big difference in her blood pressure and swears that it is partly due to the CoQ10. The exercise and her new eating program was a huge boost as well. If you are looking for a product like this then check out their web site at www.BeeAlive.com.

Yoga or Pilates?Published in Untagged by wendie | Comment (0)Both! Yoga has been around for quite some time. The approximate date is about 3,000 B.C. along with the system that I teach containing visualized resistance and isometrics. Pilates has only been around since 1920 but all forms of these exercise systems are very effective. Each one incorporates the healing power of deep breathing, meditation, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance which are key components in a program. If you are already practicing my Visibly Fit program then you will find Yoga or Pilates to be a great compliment.

Mall of AmericaPublished in Untagged by wendie | Comment (0)
The event on Sunday was a blast! It was a pleasure meeting new faces and seeing familiar ones as well. It's always exciting to have people attend that are seeking a change, a new way of life, by learning ways in which they can make wise and healthy choices. I appreciate all the support and hope to see you all again in March at the Body, Mind, Life expo in Minneapolis.

Twin Cities Fox 9 newsPublished in Untagged by wendie | Comment (0)
I had the privilege of being featured on the local Fox 9 news station to promote the Mall of America event tomorrow. Karen Scullin conducted the interview and she was a delight! I will try to get a clip of the interview and post it here. Some of you witnessed difficulty with the station in your area. My apologies and I'll keep you posted next time I'm on air. Come out and see me tomorrow if you are in the area!
