I would like to encourage you this year to pick only 1-3 areas in your life that you would like to see change. Be specific and intentional. It doesn’t have to be something big and dramatic to make a difference in your life. It could be something as simple as committing to take a 5-10 minute walk daily outside to get fresh air. Something this simple could add a whole new outlook on your life, help burn calories, and become a healthy lifetime habit. Make sure to write your clauses down. Once you’ve come up with a solution to fit your situation and lifestyle then don’t hesitate to incorporate new resolutions throughout the year. There is nothing magical about a “New Year’s” resolution. You can make independent positive clauses ALL year round.
